25gpm / 94lpm Series Spray Valves are:
- Normally Open
- 24 VDC
- Air piloted
- Pulsed or used constant duty
- Spray 25 gallons per minute / 94 liters per minute
- Mounted on 50mm or larger centers
- Available in single, double and triple row assemblies
- Designed with Current Limiting for power reduction and increased in coil life
- Liquid Tight Connectors

Each USC system is provided with Valves, Nozzle Plates, Header Manifolds, Wire Harness and Lubrication Injection System are designed to suit each mill application. Typically, roll cooling spray headers are mounted on the entry side of the mills. However, reversing mills use both entry and exit spray headers.

Lubrication Injection System – Included in all 25/94 Series Spray Valves Systems
Lubrication Injection Systems are:
- 110 VAC, 60 Hertz or 230 VAC, 50 Hertz
- Supply up to 20 Header Manifolds
- Programmable Controller
- Positive Displacement Pump
- Control Keypad for adjusting run time
- Only (1) supply line required for each Header Manifold
- Wall Mounted Metal Enclosure design
- 15 gallon capacity reservoir
- Designed to in inject small amounts of kerosene into pilot air chamber for valve cleaning
- Cleans and lubricates valve every time the spray valve is turned on
- Ensures proper operation of valves, reduces maintenance
