High Performance Solenoid Valve Boosts Operations by 30%
Erie, PA – Solenoid Solutions’ SuperWattmizer series produces 30% greater performance at the same wattage as standard models. This high performance valve series uses a larger heat-dispersing coil design that allows the valve to operate at higher pressures as compared to a standard Wattmizer Valve with the same size orifice. The SuperWattmizer can operate at a Maximum Operating Pressure Differential (MOPD) of 1500 PSIG. These compact, 2-way and 3-way solenoid valves are offered in a range of .65 to 9 watts of continuous power, and can be mounted on one-inch centers.
SuperWattmizer miniature solenoid valves are compatible with most common fluids and gases, making them ideal for penumatic and hydraulic applications, typically using light viscous oils. They are available in a standard brass or stainless steel one-inch body, and contain stainless.jpg)
steel internal parts. The larger coil design also allows this high performance series to operate at higher temperatures than standard Wattmizer models.
SuperWattmizer Valves are designed with #10-32 or 1/8" NPT ports or Manifold Mount configurations, standard orifices up to 1/8” and coils for AC or DC operation. With long duty performance - up to 20 million cycles and bubble tight leak rate - these valves provide wide pressure and flow ratings. Standard voltages include 6, 12, 24, VDC and 24, 120 and 240 VAC for operation on 50 and 60 cycle currents.
